SPE-ANTEC2016紹介講演会/最新の加工技術紹介

2016年5月23日から25日,SPE年次大会(ANTEC)が,アメリカ・インディア
ナポリスにて開催された.ANTECは,500件にのぼる研究発表と100件の企業展示
がなされる世界最大のプラスチック技術に関する研究集会である.近年,プラス
チック産業や研究開発の衰退と停滞が叫ばれる中,昨年2015年の大会及び展示会
から3Dプリンタ関連のブースや展示が多くなされ,この分野の更なる発展や研究開
発が注目されている.ここでは,ANTEC2016及び注目された各研究技術のトピッ
クスを紹介する.皆様方の積極的なご参加をお待ちしています.

Development to food, pharmaceutical products packing, industrial application
A functional film with characteristics such as the barrier property is developed in various ways and is applied to food, pharmaceutical products packing recently.
In addition, the needs to an industrial commodity is high, too.In this seminar, We introduce the functional film in these fields.

Title: Trends in Functional Film

Abstract:
As a packaging material, plastic film is used many, but high prescribed properties are found to the present when a taste and safety are found to a packaged food, a film packaging material. In addition, there is the needs to want to let you make a shelf-life as long as possible with the packaged food.In such situation, development of various kinds of barrier property packaging materials and packaging technique is pushed forward.
In addition, the demand for barrier film becomes higher recently in the field of industrial application such as solar battery back seat or the organic electroluminescence.  In this Presentation, we introduce about the state-of-the-art trend of the functional film superior in barrier property and the development status of the industrial use functionality film.

Title: Evolution of GL BARRIER Transparent High Barrier Film

Abstract:
The development of the transparent barrier film accomplishes dramatic evolution with evolution of the packaging material and realizes difficult functionality in the existing material and technique.
We make use of good points such as transparency or the nonmetal, and a cake, food, toiletry, medical medicine are used for the packaging material of every use, and development opens to not only the packing use but also the industry use recently.
We explain the latest trend of the transparent barrier film in this Presentation and explain the new developing situation of our barrier film.
We start sale of transparence vapor deposition film "GL FILM" in Toppan in 1986, and local is used now with countries more than world 45 countries, and it is with world top share as a vapor deposition film transparently and plans the development that is newer as the "GL BARRIER" series widely.

Abstract:
A market casts "cyclic olefin copolymer TOPAS(R) COC" into us which expanded the business as a key in engineering plastic as functional resin; with the originality can advance in the development to the market newly.
TOPAS(R) is amorphism-related transparent copolymer having cyclic olefin structure unlike normal crystalline polyolefin with a brand name of cyclic olefin copolymer (COC) which Topas Advanced Polymers GmbH produces.
Having high transparency, superior steam barrier property, it is adopted in wide fields such as optical components, the packaging film.
In addition, having superior biocompatibility, we attract attention as material of medicine packing, the container because we are superior in the low adhesiveness of the low molecular weight compound.
In this Presentation, we introduce the possibility as the pharmaceutical packing, container from basic properties of TOPAS(R) COC.
