Deterioration of the sewer line for total extension 460,000km becomes the serious bottleneck. When we cause the outbreak of the bad smell, and the deterioration is damaged, the neighboring earth and sand flow into the sewage pipe and are connected for a road cave-in accident. There is a road cave-in more than 3,500 places a year in the whole country. Much buried object including water pipe and the gas pipe exists under the road. The drainage ditch cannot stop like water service and gas in a passive institution. The method of reproduce like a new pipe, without digging up a road has been strongly demanded. We introduce the development of the conduit line rebirth method "SPR method", practical use in order to meet this needs.

Abstract: The fuel cell-powered car and the domestic use fuel cell useing hydrogen recently,advances hydrogen pertinent art development. It was marketed the public a fuel cell-powered car this year ahead of the world in Japan. We hear news about the construction of the hydrogen station well. Can hydrogen really become the trump of the prevention from global warming? What kind of technology development will advance in future? What happens to the current oil and natural gas? etc., We introduce the used molding forming components and comment clearly.

Abstract:The FIT started with a casualty of the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant by the East Japan great earthquake disaster in our country. The whole quantity wholesale purchase system (FIT) of the renewable energy passed in original three years. Facilities more than 70GW were authorized mainly on light of the sun. 20GW started generation among commissioned facilities. We reserved an answer of the system connection saying that we got closer to a system acceptance limit in Kyushu, Hokkaido, Okinawa. The light of the sun broke 100 yen/kWh that we aimed for by growth and excessive competition of global demand for many years. We were able to see the achievement of the grid parity that the generating cost was almost the home price of power. The exercise price of the FIT fell from original 40 yen/kWh to 27 yen/kWh in this July. 14 yen/kWh in 2020 and 7 yen/kWh in 2030 was set with an aim. It is found that we postpone the system life when the companies guarantee for the achievement now till 30 years for 25 years from 20 years. We become the big problem while reliability has many problems under the present conditions how we secure the life of 30 years. The achievement is difficult only by the extension of life of the solar battery. The control of maintenance including the periodic inspection becomes very important. We introduce a problem of the extension of life, a part of the action.
